Passionately pastured always means lots of flavor, especially when we are talking about our pork! Enjoy a Reverence Farm’s pork chop served over a bacon, caramelized onion and local spinach hash with a side of stewed collard greens.
Veal is not a regular dish for us at Reverence Farms Cafe. You can see why when you visit our Facebook page and find a note “The Chef is the Farmer”. This dish is special for that reason, braised and served over mashed potatoes with Dinner Bell Farm’s sautéed spinach.
