Another staff intro! If you have been in the cafe chances are you have met our wonderful Cafe Manager, Sam. There isn’t much Sam can’t handle from working on the kitchen line to caring for her lambs, chickens and other pets at home. Sam practices what we preach with farm practices and care for customers. She is always wearing a beautiful smile and usually has all the answers so no matter what the challenge or question, just ask Sam. Tell her we said “HEY!” 👋🏼
