First processing of the season! Two of our chefs from @reverencefarmscafe, who both just so happened to be named Kevin, are working on the line. The same hands that cook your food are helping to harvest with loving care. Also, Hugo who is the main care taker for our birds is making sure the same care is being taken in the harvest. We take great love in each step of the life cycle, from pasture to plate.
